Our factory is specially engaged in manufacturing high precision plastic injection moulds and die cast moulds, and OEM and ODM services, in order to satisfy various demands of clients. We have particular expertise in complicated technical moulding for the electrical, family appliance, automobile, landscape equipment, computer, safety appliance, daily-use plastic, telecommunication device and pharmaceutical industries. Combining our PDG (Professional Design Group) and CAD, CAM and PRO-E facilities with high technology CNC (computer numerical control) machine tools, including wire erosion, we are able to offer a complete service of full 3D design and manufacture of new tooling including high levels of technical project management. In this way we can provide the cost benefits of overseas buyers. Regarding the general structure moulds, we just need less than 30 days to submit the T1 sample. We also can offer the small quantity production according to the various demands of clients.
